Can I cancel my order?

If you need to cancel your order be sure to let us know right away. We have a short window where we can make changes to orders. We try to get your rings sent out as soon as possible, so we can never guarantee we will catch it in time!

How can I view my order history?

Great question! You can view your order history by following these steps:

  1. Click on the person icon in the top right hand corner

  2. Click Orders

  3. To view itemized rings to your orders, click on the corresponding order number. This will include size, style and color

If you do not have an account just send us an email and we will look up your order history for you!

Shipping

How long does shipping and processing take?

We are currently experiencing shipping delays due to COVID-19.

Domestic:

1 - 2 business days for processing
5 - 7 business days for shipping

International:

1 - 2 business days for processing
10 - 14 business days for shipping

How much does shipping cost?

Domestic: $4.99

International: $9.99

Oh snap, I got charged duty fees!

We would never let that happen! It’s rare to get charged, but if you are one of those lucky ones, just send us a copy of your receipt and we will get you taken care of!

Exchanges & Returns

Is my ring eligible for an exchange?

As long as it is within 30 days of when your item was received, not an Inked ring, or an Enso Exclusive item….we’ve got you! Exchanges can only be done for a different size or color. We are unable to process exchanges for a different style.

Do I pay shipping for exchanges?

  • Domestic:
    Exchange for size/color (1st exchange) - FREE
    Additional exchanges - Pay shipping and handling

  • International:
    While we’ll cover the cost to ship your new item to you, we’ll just ask that you cover any return shipping costs.

Is my engraving fee refundable?

Because engraving is a customized process, this is a non-refundable fee.

Can I return my ring?

As long as it is within 30 days of when your item was received, not an Inked ring or Enso Exclusive, and not a clearance item... we’ve got you!

What’s covered under the Lifetime Warranty?

Rips, tears, stretching wear and tear, and discoloration!
Clearance items are not covered by our Lifetime Warranty.

Are Inked rings and Enso Exclusives covered under the Lifetime Warranty?

Yes! If the design you originally purchased is still available we’d be happy to get a new ring sent out to you. If that design is sold out, we’ll provide you with a store credit for the value of your ring + shipping.

Sizing

What size should I get?

Our rings are sized the same as traditional metal bands. Since our rings are flexible we recommend sizing down if you’re between sizes.

Engraving

Which ring styles can be engraved?

You can engrave on Elements, Legends, Ultralite, Birthstone, Bevel, Infinity and Dualtone styles.

Can I engrave on the interior or exterior of the ring?

Select the style you want and it will let you know if you can engrave on either the inside or outside of the ring!

What if I engrave a ring and it doesn’t fit?

We are happy to re-engrave that for you in the size you need. You’ll just need to cover the $9.99 fee for it to be engraved again. We’ll cover the price of the ring.

How long does it take to engrave a ring?

All orders take 1-2 business days to process. Engraving adds 2-3 business days before being packaged for delivery!

Inked & Enso Exclusive

What are Inked and Enso Exclusive rings?

Inked and Enso Exclusive rings are designed by some of our favorite artists. Our special "inking" process guarantees no two Inked by ENSO or Enso Exclusive rings will be exactly the same. Whether your style is classic, modern, or edgy, these rings are sure to make a statement!

What if the design I want is sold out?

Inked and Enso Exclusive rings are produced in limited quantities. Once one of our custom styles is sold out it will no longer be available, so be sure to grab one while you can! Follow us on social media and sign up for notifications to be the first to know when a new collection is released!

Can I return or exchange my Inked or Enso Exclusive ring if it doesn’t work out?

Since our Inked and Enso Exclusive rings are limited edition items, they’re ineligible for a refund or an exchange for a different style. However, If your Inked or Enso Exclusive ring is the wrong size, reach out to us and we can definitely help you out!

Are Inked and Enso Exclusive rings covered by the Lifetime Warranty?

What’s the deal with out of stock rings?

Out of stock rings are estimated to come back in about 2-3 weeks! Inked rings are Limited Edition items and will not be restocked once they’re sold out. Get one while you can!
